It's so much easier to be the reviewee than reviewer..
reviewee : pretend you're listening, a few nods here and there and just agree with whatever your boss says..then voila! you're done.
reviewer: need to relay criticisms in 'constructive' sentences and act clever abit...and I hate pretending!
Well, that's the problem, this year they're making the system harder and instead of just answering the questions online, you would need to backup you claim with proof in a certain situation for the 360 feedback..
and that's just for the 360 feedback, don't get me started on the work and KPI assessment :(
Oh, I thought your wife was doing a review on your performance.
